'Widows Paradise' is a popular Irish farce written by Sam Cree

Ballyskenach Drama Group have a treat in store for comedy fans.

The group will stage 'Widows Paradise'- a hilarious two act comedy by Sam Cree in the Citeaux Hall near Roscrea (E53 AE02) on Thursday 26th to Saturday 28th at 8pm sharp each evening.

'Widows Paradise' is a popular Irish farce written by Sam Cree (1928–1980).

The play centers on a group of women, many of whom are trying to escape their male partners, who spend a chaotic weekend in a caravan in the Ards peninsula, with the plot hinging on comedic misunderstandings and mishaps.
