AS the Deputy CEO of Tullamore Credit Union, I feel incredibly fortunate to lead a remarkable team of women who are truly the heart and soul of our organization's success. The four dynamic leaders who report directly to me are at the helm of our operational, promotional, membership, and lending divisions. They are the engines that drive us forward with purpose and impact, ensuring we meet our goals and exceed expectations every day.
In addition to these phenomenal leaders, our HR Manager, Sinead Hanniffy, plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of inclusivity, empowerment, and professional growth throughout our organization. Sinead's dedication to nurturing our team is instrumental in our ongoing success.
Furthermore, our in-house solicitor, Sarah Brophy, provides invaluable legal expertise to support these four leaders in their daily roles. Sarah's guidance ensures that we navigate any legal complexities with confidence and precision.
Together, we proudly represent a leadership team where independent and capable women make decisions at every level, shaping the future direction of our Credit Union. It is an honour to work alongside such an exceptional group, and I am excited about the continued positive impact we will achieve together.
