Gardaí have confirmed that the burglary took place at a business premises within the village
A Gardaí investigation is being carried out following a burglary in an Offaly village.
Gardaí attended the scene which took place at a business premises in Mucklagh in the early hours of Tuesday, March 10.

A Garda spokesperson commented: "Gardaí attended a scene of a burglary at a business premises in Mucklagh, Co. Offaly in the early hours of Tuesday, March 10, 2026."
They also confirmed that an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing. However, no further information has been disclosed to the public at this time.
