Road users warned to expect delays as busy Offaly road to undergo resurfacing works

Positive traffic control (stop & go) will be in place on the busy road for the duration of the works

Offaly County Council have announced that Clonminch Road in Tullamore is set to undergo resurfacing works for two days.

The resurfacing on R443 Clonminch Road (Central Business Park Junction) will start on Monday, March 9 and continue until Tuesday, March 10.

Positive traffic control (stop & go) will be in place on the busy road for the duration of the works which are expected to be finished across the two days.

Road users are being warned to expect delays locally throughout the period of the works being carried out. 

A spokesperson for Offaly County Council say they regret any inconvenience that will be caused for road users as a result of the works.
