Kevin Corrigan

THE GAA has had a huge influence on life in Offaly in all sorts of ways.

It can be argued that the GAA, more so than any other factor, has given Offaly its own unique identity.

Kevin Corrigan has been working on a comprehensive history of Offaly GAA and its contribution to the county over the past eight years and gives an overview of his research at this talk.

Kevin Corrigan has been sports editor of the Midland/Tullamore Tribune since 2005. He has worked in local papers in Offaly since 1990 and is a former GAA Club secretary and chairman.

Please note the talk is on Wednesday, Ferbuary 25, at 7.30pm in Offaly History Centre, Tullamore and not the Monday as normal.
