Man in court accused of assault in Offaly
A MAN has been accused of assault near Birr.
Ronan Serviss (23), Cappagolan, Kilcormac, is alleged to have committed the offence at Kilmain, Fortal, Birr on February 25 last.
The solicitor who appeared for Mr Serviss, Aisling Maloney, sought disclosure of evidence.
Judge Andrew Cody made an order or disclosure and adjourned the prosecution to Tullamore District on February 4 next when either a plea will be entered or a date will be fixed for a hearing.
