WATCH: Offaly singer stunned by action of Liverpool fans during wedding ceremony song

Offaly singer Simon Casey was left stunned during a recent wedding ceremony performance as members of the congregation spontaneously started singing with him.

The former You're A Star contestant, who is one of the most popular wedding singers in the country, was performing during a wedding ceremony in the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge, Co Kildare.

The Ballycumber man posted a stunning clip from the wedding where the congregation can be seen and heard belting out Liverpool FC anthem, 'You'll Never Walk Alone,' along with Simon. 

Simon posted: "You’ll Never Walk Alone. When the Bride & Groom are Liverpool fans and everyone joins in. Congrats Donna & Declan. Video by Candid by Sarah Shine."

Bride Donna Gorry Keenan responded by commenting: "Aw Simon amazing. Truly you made our wedding service and your band made the day, alongside fiddler Adam. Brilliant. Could not recommend enough."

Other followers were quick to react to the video. One person who was also at the wedding said: "That was a super day with Donna and Declan. Great stuff Simon."
