Offaly County Council has warned that all roads in the county are impassable.
"Please stay off them unless in a medical emergency," they said.
Council ploughing operations will recommence at 10am this morning focusing on Priority 1 routes first. Once these are trafficable they will proceed to Priority 2 and 3.
