Tipperary Sports Partnership are delighted to announce that our 8 week Swimmin' Women programme is back.
It will be starting on September 9th in Nenagh Swimming Pool & Leisure Centre and has limited availability and will be starting on September 23rd in Roscrea Leisure Centre.

The Swimmin' Women programme includes: ️One weekly coached swim session led by experienced instructors, one weekly self-guided swim session at a time that suits you and a structured training manual to support your progress throughout the eight weeks.
