Ban and fine for dangerous driver in Offaly who failed to turn up in court
A two-year ban was imposed on a man who did not appear in court in Tullamore to face a dangerous driving summons.
Vitalli Rozlovan (30), Ballyconnell Road, Eniskillen, Co Fermanagh was seen by Inspector Damian Hunt, who was in an unmarked car.
The motorist was travelling at speed at Galros East, Birr on April 26 last.
Along with the disqualification from driving, the man was fined €1,000.
