Gardai carried out searches across five counties.
GARDAI conducted searches in Offaly as part of a co-ordinated operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs on Thursday.
The searches were carried out across several regions and during these searches under warrant in counties Meath, Westmeath, Dublin, Offaly and Clare, Gardaí seized €125,000 worth of cocaine, €168,000 worth of cannabis herb and €41,600 worth of cannabis plants. The drugs seized will be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
Gardaí also seized a quantity of cash - €75,340 and GBP£23,805 - during the operation.
Thursday’s operation was led by Crime Investigation teams in Meath–Westmeath and Laois–Offaly Divisions which were supported by the Garda Armed Support Unit, the Garda Stolen Motor Vehicle Investigation Unit, the Garda Dog Unit and Revenue’s Customs Services.

Three vehicles were also seized by Revenue’s Customs Services.
A man (40s) who was arrested in Navan, Co. Meath in relation to this operation was charged and appeared before Trim District Court on Thursday where he was remanded to appear again on Tuesday June 3rd 2025.
A second man (30s) who was arrested in Navan, Co. Meath, has since been charged and is due to appear at Trim District Court on Tuesday June 17th 2025.
Investigations are ongoing.
