Gardai have seized two cars from learner drivers on the M7 motorway.
Gardaí in Laois stopped two learner drivers for a number of alleged offences on Thursday, April 24 and seized both vehicles on the motorway.
According to gardai, Laois Roads Policing Unit stopped two learner drivers who were committing offences.
One driver was found to be under the influence of cocaine and had no insurance. This driver was arrested.
According to gardai, the other learner driver was detected travelling at 151kph.
Gardai added that both vehicles were seized and that court proceedings have commenced.
