Men appear in court in the Midlands accused of stealing concrete blocks

Two men appeared in court in the Midlands recently accused of stealing concrete blocks.

Peter Lynch (37) of 1 The Orchard, Stradbally and Martin O’Connor (34) of Cremorgan, Timahoe, are each accused of stealing €400 worth of concrete blocks from Kill Hill, Monasterevin, Co Kildare on January 27 last. 

Garda Sergeant Colin O’Leary told a sitting of Portlaoise District Court that DPP directions were required. 

Judge Susan Fay adjourned the case back to Portlaoise District Court on May 12 for DPP’s directions.
