Gardai seize car from learner driver near Offaly border for multiple offences
Gardaí in Tipperary caught a reckless driver who was not only speeding over the weekend.
Behind the wheel they found a learner driver who was in the car and accompanied but was also uninsured.
Gardaí seized the car on the spot and they say a court is set to follow.
In a post on social media, Gardaí stated:
"Tipperary Roads Policing Unit stopped this car detected speeding in Roscrea yesterday. We discovered the driver (L-Permit Holder, unaccompanied with no plates up) was also uninsured. The car was seized and court to follow."
