Community funding roadshows now taking place across Offaly

Offaly County Council and PPN held a successful funding roadshow in Edenderry last week

Events provide information to community groups on a number of funding opportunities which are now available 

Community Funding Roadshows are currently being run by Offaly Public Participation Network and Offaly County Council to highlight and provide information to community groups on a number of funding opportunities which are available at the moment and over the coming months.

The first events took place in Edenderry and Tullamore libraries.

Staff from relevant council sections were in attendance providing one to one information to a range of community groups from the wider Tullamore and Edenderry Municipal District areas.

The range of funding information provided included Local Enhancement Programme 2024 , Community Climate Action Programme, Creative Ireland Community Project, Biodiversity workshops, Heritage, EU Just Transition Fund Tourism Scheme, Public Amenities/ Playgrounds and Town & Village Renewal.

A further roadshow will take place on February 21 at The Atrium in Birr Library from 6.00pm – 7.30pm

This is an opportunity to speak to staff on a one to one basis to assist you with your funding application. All are welcome. For further details please check www.offaly.ie
