A man in his sixties has sadly passed away in a workplace accident at a premises in Ballyshannon, Donegal.
Both gardaí and emergency services were on the scene, and responded to the fatal incident at a premises at Lisahully at approximately 1pm on Wednesday, January 29.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

His body was removed from the scene and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) were notified and also attended the scene.
A file will be prepared for the Coroner's Court.
