Seven teenage juveniles were arrested after stealing a car in North Dublin on Friday night.
Officers attempted to stop the stolen car in Balbriggan before it "took off at speed", according to gardaí.
Following a short pursuit, gardai from Ballymun District apprehended and arrested the seven teenagers in the vehicle.

The juveniles were arrested and later released pending referrals to the Garda Youth Diversion Bureau.
The car will now be subject to a technical exam.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
