A very successful Coffee Day took place at the Methodist Church in Roscrea on Friday, November 28.
The fundraiser was in support of the work of Christian Aid Ireland in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where there has been civil unrest for decades, resulting in many thousands of people being displaced and in desperate need.

Coffee drinkers were joined by the students of St Cronan’s National School who sang carols and Christmas songs.
