Roscrea SPCA half price neutering scheme is available until October 31st.
Roscrea SPCA pays half and owner pays half. This scheme is available to all pet owners. Owners pay: Female dog (regardless of size) €75; Male dog €40; Female cat €40; Male cat €25 -(kittens can be neutered from four months of age and pups from six months - they don't have to have a heat before neutering).
