Roscrea Country Market celebrates 60th birthday in style

Organisers and members of Roscrea Country Market at their 60th birthday celebrations.

ROSCREA Country Market's 60th birthday celebrations took place recently in the Muintir Na Tire Hall with two special guests Sr Eileen Maher and Sr Mona Maher, whose parents were founding members of the market. They have returned to Ireland temporarily from their mission work in Uganda.

Roscrea Country Markets celebrated 60 years of heritage, producing homemade handmade goods and serving their loyal customers. The current producers are honoured to be able to continue the great crafting and baking traditions and follow in the footsteps of all the dedicated producers who have graced their market with their skills since 1965.

They not only offer a vibrant array of craftsmanship and fresh produce but heartfelt connections with their customers, without whom the market would not exist.

Please join them for their market on Friday mornings from 10am-12.30pm at the Muintir na Tire Hall, Roscrea, where tradition, sustainability and community thrive.
