Tipperary Roads Policing Unit were carrying out Pro Active patrols in the Tipperary Central area on Tuesday evening spotted the occupants of a vehicle acting suspiciously in the Thurles area.
The vehicle then failed to stop for Gardai and carried out dangerous driving offences.
"The vehicle eventually ran out of road and the occupants were apprehended following a foot pursuit", the Gardaí said.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of Dangerous Driving and Drug Driving following a failed roadside Drug Test after he was apprehended.

A quantity of suspected cocaine and cannabis was seized, and the vehicle was seized as the driver had no insurance or driving licence.
"Investigation ongoing", the Gardaí said.
