Ireland is in for a week of mixed weather according to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland. 

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, the weather this week is set to be mixed, with wet and breezy conditions at times.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast, there will be a dry start for most on Monday morning, but it will be cloudy with patchy rain or drizzle in the west and southwest and there'll be a few showers in Ulster. The cloud and rain will spread eastwards across the rest of the country during the afternoon. Moderate to fresh westerly winds, easing for a time but increasing again across Connacht and Munster through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees.

Rain will gradually clear southeastwards and will be followed by clear spells and scattered showers on Monday night. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with moderate to fresh westerly winds.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast, there will be plenty of dry and bright weather on Tuesday. Some showers will develop though, mainly in the north and west. Highest temperatures of 11 to 13 degrees with moderate to fresh westerly winds.

Becoming cloudy with patches of drizzle in the south on Tuesday night. Clear spells and scattered showers in other areas. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees with moderate southwesterly winds.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast, cloud will linger in the south on Wednesday morning, bringing patchy light rain or drizzle. Otherwise it will be mainly dry with sunny spells, although some showers will continue to affect the northwest. During the late afternoon and evening, cloud will increase and rain will develop over the southern half of the country. Highest temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees with moderate to fresh southwest to west winds, becoming strong for a time in Ulster.

Cloudy, with rain moving northwards over the country, becoming lighter and patchy on Wednesday night. Some showers may develop in the south later. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees with light to moderate east to southeast winds.

Met Eireann says there is uncertainty in the forecast but a spell of wet and blustery or windy weather is possible on Thursday or Thursday night.
