'Keep an eye out' - Major concern for missing man who has been spotted in Offaly
A man subject to a missing person appeal from An Garda Síochana was spotted in Offaly on Sunday with locals urged to "keep an eye out."
Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 36-year-old Thomas (Tommy) Egan, who is reported missing from Ballymurray, Knockcroghery, Co Roscommon since Sunday, October 12, 2025.
It's understood Tommy was later spotted in Shannonbridge, Co Offaly on Sunday and Connacht Street in Birr on Monday.

He is described as being 6 foot 2 inches in height, with a medium/strong build, dark brown curly hair and a beard. He has green eyes.
Gardaí and Thomas’ family are concerned for his well-being.
Anyone with any information on Thomas’ whereabouts is asked to contact Roscommon Garda Station on 090 6638300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
