According to the latest Met Éireann weather forecast for Ireland, there will be a cloudy start over the northern half of the country on Monday with patchy light rain or drizzle lingering, but becoming brighter and drier through the morning with just the odd shower about. Elsewhere, a mostly dry day with variable cloud and sunshine. Feeling mild with highest temperatures of 15 to 18 degrees in moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.
Monday night will see cloud build from the Atlantic early in the night, followed by outbreaks of rain extending southeastwards overnight. Lowest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees with moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.
According to the latest Met Éireann weather forecast for Ireland, Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain continuing to move southeastwards across the country, easing as they do. Highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees with southwesterly winds veering northwesterly as the rain clears.
On Tuesday night, outbreaks of rain will clear southeastwards early on leaving a mostly dry and cloudy night with limited clear spells and just the odd light shower mainly in the northwest. Lowest temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees with mostly light westerly breezes.
Wednesday will be dry and cloudy for most with limited bright spells developing and just well scattered light showers. Highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees with light to moderate westerly winds.
According to Met Éireann, current indications show another mostly dry and cloudy day with scattered light showers. Highest temperatures of 13 to 16 degrees with light to moderate westerly winds.
The Met Éireann further outlook says that high pressure is expected to move over Ireland and bring plenty of dry and settled weather for the weekend.
