Ireland is in for some mixed and unsettled weather this week according to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland.

According to Met Eireann, Ireland is in for a mix of sunny spells and rain this week with temperatures set to reach into the mid teens.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, damp, drizzly and locally wet weather will clear north and northeast counties tomorrow morning, Easter Monday. While sunny spells will develop widely, scattered heavy showers will occur through the day too with the odd rumble of thunder possible. Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees, in a moderate to fresh westerly wind.

Showers will become isolated with largely dry weather following on Monday night. Later in the night, rain will begin to move into Atlantic counites. Chilly with lowest temperatures of 1 to 6 degrees in just light southerly breezes.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, there will be some sunny spells starting out across the eastern half of the country on Tuesday. However, outbreaks of rain and drizzle elsewhere will extend countrywide by early afternoon. Rain and drizzle will persist for the rest of the day with some heavy falls across southern and western counties. Becoming breezy too with highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees, in a mostly fresh southeast wind. Some northeast counties may escape dry though. Rain and drizzle will clear southwards on Tuesday night with most of the country becoming dry. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees, coldest for Ulster, in a mostly moderate northeast wind.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, Wednesday will be a brighter day with sunny spells but with scattered showers too, some heavy during the afternoon and early evening. Highest temperatures of 13 to 17 degrees in moderate easterly breezes. Dry and clear overnight, though some mist and fog will develop in places. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees in a light easterly breeze.

According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, Thursday will be overall dry with sunny spells and just well scattered showers. Highest temperatures of 12 to 17, mildest further west, in a moderate easterly wind. Rain will move into southwest areas overnight while the rest of the country wil stay dry and clear. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 8 degrees, coldest further north.
