Tullamore students win trip to world robotics finals in Dallas
THE Sacred Heart School, Tullamore has made history, securing an unprecedented victory at the VEX Robotics National Finals.
Competing against 24 of Ireland’s top teams, the Sacred Heart's VEX Robotics squad swept the competition, claiming titles in Autonomous, Skills, and the most prestigious accolade of all—the Overall Excellence Award.
Their triumph on Wednesday, February 26, has earned them a coveted spot at the VEX Robotics World Championships in Dallas, Texas, where they will proudly represent Ireland on the global stage.
Adding to their achievement, the Sacred Heart’s team will make history once again as the first all-girls team to compete at championship level.
