JOBS ALERT: Iconic Media hiring for exciting Ad-Ops Administrator role
A career in media? Here’s the perfect opportunity to build on your solid administrative skills and customer service experience – by transferring into a rewarding role supporting the planning, production and delivery of advertising.
Iconic Media Group is Ireland’s biggest local digital and newspaper publisher, with titles and websites reaching over 400,000 readers and a further five million unique users. Independently owned, this highly successful organisation is committed to bringing on fresh talent to fuel continuing growth.
Ad-Ops focuses on three core areas. You’ll work with Editorial and Advertising teams to ensure space is planned and utilised effectively to optimise both editorial and advertising content.
You’ll also be serving and monitoring digital advertising, liaising with advertising executives to get the best possible result for their customers.
And on the production side, you’ll be checking that all advertising information is correct before sending it to the make-up team.
As you can imagine, the key to this role is being extremely well organised in the face of tight deadlines and maintaining a finely tuned attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
If you can do that, with real enthusiasm, we can provide all the additional training you need. Yes, previous experience on the admin side of the media industry, or with an administration software package, would be ideal. But it’s by no means essential. What counts is your ability to deliver.
Come and join this expanding team at an exciting time for the entire publishing industry.
