Gardai say Aodhan Ryan has been located following the urgent appeal issued on April 3
Gardaí say a missing person appeal for a 20-year-old Offaly man which was issued on Friday, April 3 has been stood down.
In an update issued on Saturday afternoon, they say that Aodhan Ryan has been "located safely" and that no further action is required.
Aodhan was reported missing from Kilcormac on April 3 sparking an urgent nationwide appeal.

Amid concerns for his wellbeing, Gardaí sought the help from members of the public in locating Aodhan who was described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height, with auburn hair and blue eyes.
While they have confirmed Aodhan has been located, no further information has been disclosed to the public at this time.
A spokesperson for the Gardaí has thanked the media and members of the public for their assistance with the appeal.
