A MAN has been accused of two burglaries on Christmas Day at the same restaurant in Tullamore.
David Condon (35), Cosby Hall, Stradbally, Co Laois is alleged to have committed the offences on December 25 last at Captain House, Main Street, Tullamore.
When the prosecution came before Tullamore District Court Sergeant Richard Thornton sought a remand for two weeks.
Judge Andrew Cody adjourned the matter to February 4 so that directions can be sought by the gardai from the DPP.
