Family home in Offaly sells for well above asking price at online auction
A three-bedroom home in Offaly has sold for well above asking price at an online auction. Located at 291 The Sycamores, Edenderry it is described as being conveniently located and features off street parking and has a garden to the rear. It was guided at a price of €190,000 but bidding started at €204,000.
In the space of just six minutes, two bidders went head to head for the property and it sold for almost 20% over the guide price with the hammer coming down at €226,000.
