Over 100 homes in Offaly without power after Storm Amy

Over 100 homes in Offaly are without power after Storm Amy hit the country. 

There are power outages in Daingean, Clonbullogue, Daingean and Kilcormac. 

A total of 123 home remain affected in Offaly with ESB crews working to restore the outages. 

The west and north west of the country were worst hit by Storm Amy with Met Eireann having a Red Warning in place for Donegal at the height of the storm on Friday.

Thousands of home across the country are currently without power. 

A number of weather warnings remain in place until noon today with a Status Yellow Wind and Rain Warning in place for Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim and a Status Yellow Wind Warning for Dublin, Louth and Wicklow. 

There is also a Status Yellow Wind Warning for Clare, Kerry, Galway and Mayo. which ends at noon today.
