A large Garda Station in Offaly is holding a big Open Day this Saturday and everyone is invited to attend.
There will be loads to see Saturday at Birr Garda Station in Emmett Square in the town.
An open invitation has been issued to the community to come along.
It takes place on Saturday, October 4. Between 11am and 12pm is a Sensory Hour and between 12pm and 2pm all are welcome.
Birr gardai are inviting everyone to join them for an action packed day where you will get the chance to meet some of our local and national units.
Some of the highlights of the day will be the Garda Mounted Unit, the Garda Dog Unit, the Armed Support Unit, the Roads Policing Unit, Scenes of Crime and the Fire Service.
