Tullamore Credit Union to close on Thursday as mark of respect to 'dear colleague and friend'

Tullamore Credit Union will close on Thursday as a mark of respect to 'a dear colleague and friend'.

Tullamore Credit Union said it was deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of their dear colleague and friend, Andrew Grehan.

They said Andrew was a valued member of the team at Tullamore Credit Union and would be remembered for his 'kindness, dedication, and the warmth he brought to both staff and members alike'.

Tullamore Credit Union said its thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Andrew’s family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him adding, 'he will be greatly missed by us all'.

As a mark of respect to Andrew, Tullamore Credit Union will remain closed on Thursday, October 2 to all staff to attend his funeral.

Andrew passed peacefully on Friday, September 26 at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, in the presence of his loving family. Beloved husband of Steph and loving father to Lily and Lorna. Cherished son of Tom and Annette, adoring brother of Laura, Robert and Caroline. Sadly missed by his in-laws, Kevin, Lieven, Jane, Maithé, Loulou, Mamie Babeth, Veronique, Marie Pierre, Thierry and Michéle, his aunts and uncles, nieces, and nephews: Denise, Jamie, Caitlin and Emilie, his many cousins, friends, teammates, neighbours and colleagues.

Reposing at Nannery River View Chapel of Rest Kilbeggan (N91 HR88) on Wednesday, October 1 from 5pm. until 7pm. Requiem Mass Thursday at 11am in the Church of St. James Kilbeggan (N91 CC79). Cremation after Mass in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan town (H12RF78)

No flowers please donations if desired to Irish Lung Fibrosis Association
