Offaly County Council to take in charge three estates including large estate in Tullamore
Offaly County Council is planning to take three estates in the county in charge including a large estate in Tullamore.
Offaly County Council has announced that in accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 and Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended, Offaly County Council propose to take in charge three estates.
The three estates are Clonminch Wood, Tullamore, Glendaniel, Tullamore and St Patricks Wood, Edenderry
The maps outlining the roads and services associated with the above are available for inspection at the Roads Section, Áras an
Chontae, Charleville Road, Tullamore, Co Offaly between the hours of 9.30am and 1pm & 2pm and 4.30pm Monday to
Friday until September 26.
Any objections or representations regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the Director of Services on or before 4pm on October 10.
