THE Ferbane Town Team, in partnership with Offaly County Council, is inviting residents to play a vital role in shaping the town's future.

A draft Town Centre First Plan has been created as part of the national Town Centre First Initiative, aiming to revitalise Ferbane by focusing on the needs and requirements of the local community.

This plan, developed by consultants Brady, Shipman, Martin, is a multi-layered approach that includes strategic objectives, proposals, and actions.

It's built on a foundation of collaboration and communication with local stakeholders, thorough analysis of the town, and defining a clear path for future development.
