Offaly man graduates with first-class honours from prestigious English University

An Offaly man has graduated with a first-class honours degree from a prestigious English University.

Congratulations to Jim Parmeter, son of Dr Ben Parmeter and Patricia Standish, formerly of Leap Castle, who graduated with a first-class honours degree in Theology from Oxford University.

Jim was a choral scholar at Christchurch College, Oxford for the past three years.

He will be moving to London in the Autumn to study Law.
