Shane Lowry in top ten at Memorial Tournament on PGA Tour as Scheffler moves into the lead ahead of final round

Shane Lowry remains inside the top ten at Memorial Tournament on PGA Tour as World Number 1 Scheffler moved into the lead ahead of the final round. 

On another day when scoring was challenging for the majority of the field, Shane shot a one over par round of 73 to sit on two under going into the final round in a tie for seventh place. 

At one point he was three over for his round but the finished with birdies on 15 and 18 to get back inside the top ten with 18 holes to go. 

Scottie Scheffler leads on eight under par after a storming finish to his round saw his bridie four of the last five holes for a round of 68. After an up and down day, Ben Griffin is in second on seven under with Nick Taylor in third on five under par. 

The final round of The Memorial Tournament tees off later today with Shane Lowry on course at 6.21pm Irish time alongside Jacob Bridgeman
