According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, we are set to bask in 25 degree heat this weekend with plenty of sunshine.

In it latest forecast Met Eireann says that the weather will remain mostly dry, warm and settled. Warmest generally in the west and coolest along eastern fringes due to onshore winds.

Saturday will be warm with plenty of sunshine. Highest temperatures of 17 degrees along eastern fringes to 24 or 25 degrees in the west, all in light to moderate easterly or variable breezes.

Dry and mostly clear on Saturday night though a few mist and fog patches may develop. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees in light easterly or variable breezes.

Sunday will be mostly dry with good spells of sunshine. Highest temperatures of 17 to 24 or 25 degrees in mostly light easterly breezes.

Met Eireann says that Monday will be mostly dry with good sunny spells though with a chance of some showers developing. Highest temperatures of 16 to 23 degrees in light to moderate easterly breezes.

Looking further ahead to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Met Eireann says that indications are the days will be largely dry with good sunny spells though a few showers are possible. Temperatures widely reaching the mid-teens to low twenties.
