Well done to Clara AC on hosting a very successful event on a fresh Sunday morning on April 11. This marks round 3 of the Healthy Offaly 5K Series and with 340 finishers and some great racing, it was certainly a great morning in Clara. The clear winner was Peter Somba who clocked 15:34, followed closely by Kevin Minnock, Tullamore Harriers AC in second place (15:47), and Dan Morris of Mullingar Harriers finishing third (15:52). Emily Grennan, Tullamore Harriers AC was 1st lady in 18:23 with Ferbane’s Denise Egan finishing second in 18:47 and Grace O’Reilly placing third in 18:52. PICTURES: Ger Rogers
