Man arrested in Offaly after ripping off shirt to engage in fight with his family
A man was arrested in the early hours of the morning in Offaly last weekend after ripping off shirt to engage in fight with his family
According to gardai, on Sunday night last, at 2.10am, on Main Street Birr, a man was observed taking off his shirt and attempting to engage in a fight with his family.
Gardai say that when they approached the man he refused to calm down
As a result, gardai say, the man was arrested under Sections 4 and 6 of the Public Order Act.
