Paralympic silver medallist Nicole Turner, Garryhinch and Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann stalwart, Pádraig O Dufaigh, Birr were honoured at the presentation of the 36th Offaly Person of the Year award and fifth Unsung Hero of Offaly Awards.
