Temperatures in Ireland are set to be higher than temperatures in Spain in the coming days as Met Eireann forecast a blast of summer with temperatures close to 20 degrees
According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast for Ireland, apart from some showery rain during Thursday, high pressure will bring a continuation of the fine and settled weather with temperatures set to reach as high as 19 degrees in Ireland.
According to the latest Met Eireann weather forecast, Wednesday will be another dry and mostly sunny day. Top temperatures of 12 to 18 degrees, mildest across west and northwest counties. East to southeast breezes will be mostly moderate in strength, a little fresher though along eastern fringes.
Tonight will be dry and mostly clear in just light easterly or variable breezes. Chilly in places with lowest temperatures of 1 to 7 degrees.
According to Met Eireann,Thursday will be a mainly dry and sunny day but breezy too, in a freshening easterly wind. Later in the evening, cloud and showery rain will begin to feed up across southern counties. Highest temperatures of 12 to 19 degrees, warmest once again across west and northwest counties.
Some scattered outbreaks of showery will affect the county on Thursday night and it will be driest but coolest across Ulster. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees in a moderate to fresh easterly wind.
According to Met Eireann, there will be some residual showery rain in places early on Friday but overall it will be a dry and sunny day with mostly moderate easterly breezes. Very mild or warm with highest temperatures of 13 to 21 degrees, all the while warmest further west.
Friday night will be dry and clear but rather cold in places. Lowest temperatures of degrees 1 to 7 degrees, coldest across Ulster with some late season frost.
According to Met Eireann, temperatures will fall back a little over the weekend with some cold and clear nights however, it will be dry, sunny and very pleasant by day with no more than moderate easterly winds.
