A prime town centre retail premises in Tullamore sold for exactly the guide price at an on line auction on Thursday. The former Paul Byron Kids store at the back of the Bridge Centre sold for a maiden bid at the auction. Extending to approximately 570 sq/ft, the premises was up for auction with a guide price of €140,000 and one bid secured the property at that price.
