A man has been arrested following an alleged serious assault in the Midlands
Gardaí are investigating an alleged serious assault that is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, February 25 in Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford.
A male in his 30s has been arrested in connection with the investigation and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station on Co. Longford.
Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
