Student Jane Smith with Grace Dunne, teacher, Sacred Heart School
SACRED Heart School Tullamore past pupil Jane Smith has been awarded an Entrance Scholarship at Maynooth University in recognition of her outstanding Leaving Certificate results.
Representatives from the Sacred Heart School attended the ceremony (pictured below is principal Pauline McKenna with Jane) to celebrate Jane's achievement and speaking afterwards they said: “We are incredibly proud of Jane. Her hard work and dedication have truly paid off.”
The school said the scholarship highlights Jane’s academic excellence and serves as inspiration for current students.
The Sacred Heart School has wished the student every success in her studies at NUI Maynooth.
