Wife tried to contaminate husband's  food with body fluid and urine, Kildare court told

Naas Courthouse

A woman tried to contaminate her husband’s food with period fluid and urine.

This was the allegation made by the man at a family law hearing in Naas District Court.

The woman was not present or represented.

The man also said the women had threatened she would poison his food.

The couple have a number of children and the man said he could not put up with or understand her behaviours.

Asked by Judge Desmond Zaidan why he thought she was behaving like this, he replied “I don’t know.” He added: “She clearly hates me.”

The judge granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to September 8 next.
