Luke Price is from Geashill and lived in Ballyfin but was last seen in Limerick.

Posters have been put up in Tullamore and Portlaoise in a bid by a local family to trace a missing young Offaly man who had been living and working in Laois.

The family of Luke Price has put posters up in the Laois and Offaly towns for the Geashill native who has been working in Laois as a chef since 2023.

A Garda Missing Persons appeal says Luke, aged 27, was reported missing from his partner's home in Mount Kenneth, Limerick city after being last seen at 9pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

He is described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches in height with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen, Luke was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black boots.

Gardaí and Luke's family in Offaly are concerned for his wellbeing. They hope that if he has returned to Laois or Offaly the people who know him in either county will help by contacting the gardaí.

A qualified chef, he is a native of the Geashill area about 10km from Tullamore. As a child, he attended Geashill NS and subsequently Tullamore College. He later received catering qualifications through the Laois Offaly Education and Training Board. MORE BELOW PICTURE.

Anyone with information on Luke’s whereabouts is asked to contact Henry Street Garda Station on 061 212 400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
