Storm Herminia set to hit Ireland in coming days following wrath of Storm Éowyn
As the country recovers from the historic Storm Éowyn on Friday, it looks like there's another storm brewing.
The Spanish Met Service has officially named Storm Herminia which is due to hit Ireland on Sunday and Monday.
Weather expert Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather has said that we can expect more wet and windy weather throughout Sunday and Monday, but thankfully the worst of the storm will be offshore.

Although Storm Herminia will not be as strong as the Status Red Storm Éowyn, there will still be very strong gusts in southern parts of the country.
As power and water restoration works are taking place across the country on Friday and over the weekend, the popular weather man has reassured the public that there's no need to worry about the upcoming Storm Herminia.
