Josephine Brickland (née Quinn) passed away on Monday
Tributes have poured in following the passing of Josephine Brickland (née Quinn), late of Kanakill, Croghan, Rhode, Offaly.
Josephine passed away peacefully at the Regional Hospital Tullamore. She is pre deceased by her parents Charlie and Anne and her brothers John, Alphie, Jim and Joe.
Josephine will be sadly missed by her loving husband John and family Charlene, Tania, Johnny, Donna, Joanne and Joe, sons in law, her adored grandchildren Caél, Mia, Cara, Eabha, Ellie and Freya, her beloved sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Heartfelt condolences have been left on RIP.ie, from those who knew and fondly remembered Josephine, with one mourner writing,
"Deepest Sympathy Charlene and all your Family on the passing of your beautiful Mom, sending you our love and prayers, May she rest in peace."
Another wrote, "I’m so sorry to hear of the sad passing of Josie. I grew up in Pearse Park with Josie's family we were neighbors…my heartfelt condolences to all of Josie family. Thinking of you all at this sad and heartbreaking time."
While another wrote,
"Deepest sympathy to All the Brickland family. Your Mam was such a lady, may she rest in peace."
Funeral Arrangements
Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore (R35 FC84) on Saturday from 4pm until 6pm with Rosary at 5.30pm.
Removal on Sunday at 12.30pm to St. Colman's Church, Kilclonfert, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm Burial after Mass in the adjoining cemetery.
