A driver was taken to hospital on Tuesday morning, June 25 following a crash on the Laois/Kildare border.

A driver was taken to hospital on Tuesday morning, following the crash on the Laois/Kildare border.
The collision occurred at approximately 7.30am in the Tankardstown/Barrowhouse area.
It is understood a male was taken to hospital.
The road was closed for a time as emergency services attended the scene.
